Shipping and Returns Policy

Continental US and Local shipping:

We ship via USPS first class mail, a flat rate fee of $5.95 applies to all orders. If you would like to upgrade shipping to 3 day USPS priority mail, there is a flat rate fee of $9.95. If your order is over $175, shipping is free in the continental United States.

We offer free local pickup or delivery to our Tyler, Texas area customers. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange pickup or delivery for our local customers.

International Shipping

 We offer international shipping, there are additional shipping fees amounting to $15-30 and a shipment receipt can be expected between 2-4 weeks. For a more specific quote, please email us at info@miahcollection.com We are not responsible for any customs or duties tax for international shipments. Depending on the country destination, you may be charged these fees upon receipt.

Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you will be eligible for a refund. All items must be unused, resalable, with tags still attached.

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of purchase.

Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because each bag that we carry is one-of-a-kind, if you wish to exchange, please purchase the new bag on our website and email us at info@miahcollection.com regarding processing the return of the original item. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of original purchase.
